So who saw last night’s [season|series] finale of Angel?
I really enjoyed what they’re setting up for the [hopefully soon-to-be announced] fifth season of the show. It tied up a lot of loose ends while still creating all sorts of questions on its own, questions to which I want twenty-two weekly answers! (Are you listening, WB? Are you?!) Stuff like, What happened to Gunn?
Here’s hoping for Angel Year Five!

Richard Donner, director of the upcoming SF film Timeline, told SCI FI Wire that world events, production delays and reshoots were responsible for pushing the adaptation of Michael Crichton’s time-travel novel to an expected Nov. 26 release date. Old news: Tom got married
I knew this already (hell, I was there), and I’m betting that many of you did too. It’s been nigh on two years since the wedding. Yay!
New news: Quick, name a Village People song other than “YMCA”
If you said “In the Navy,” you correctly predicted the gist of this news tidbit. 
Tom has joined the Navy and will be shipping out to Basic Training in Pennsacola, Florida, shortly. He’s apparently going in as an officer and will be doing cryptography stuff during his tour o’ duty.
Big new news: And lo, M. Thomas Bender III begat M. Thomas Bender IV
That’s right, ladies and gentlemen: Tom is a dad.
M. Thomas Bender IV, nicknamed Rhys (pronounced “Reese”), was born sometime around February 26th of this year. Congratulations, Tom and Becca! (Not that, um, you’re going to ever even see this…)
Cinescape has posted a compilation of easter eggs in X2.
(Link contains minor spoilers for those who haven’t seen X2 yet. And to those people I say: GO! GO NOW! It’s an awesome movie! Arguably better than the first!)
Noelle may have gotten up the complete Indy DVD story just seven short minutes after I did, but I’ve got the cool logo I made…
And, no, I’m not really clear on why I feel the need to post this… 
Sci Fi Wire is reporting that DVD versions of the Indiana Jones trilogy will finally be available on November 4.
