Home of the Soul Cookie

One of the difficulties with having the “What I’ve been reading” and “What I’ve been listening to” sections in the sidebar (assuming you’re using the Soul Cookie or Space styles - Tangerine hides the sidebar) is that I quite frequently read far more and listen to far more than what I get around to putting in there.

Take just the last few weeks as an example. The books that I’ve read are:

• The Gunslinger (Book 1 of the Dark Tower series)
• Welcome to Temptation
• Faking It
• Where the Heart Is
• The Diamond Throne (RPG book for a new campaign I’m running)
• When the Sky Falls (RPG book)
• …and a shitload of magazines.

And I’ve actually had a bunch of CDs in rotation in my car and in iTunes. A bit of Sarah McLachlan, some White Stripes, a dash of BNL, a pinch of Liz Phair.

Maybe I should just build a list of books that are in the queue/pipeline. Right now, that’d be Drawing of the Three (Dark Tower, book two), Patty Jane’s House of Curl and, I’m sure, more RPG books and more magazines.
