An eclectic mix, I think - something of a culinary melting pot. I’d favor taste over presentation.
2. …owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?
Pretty much the same things I’ve gotten to sell as a part of Knightly Games: games and comic books.
3. …wrote a book, what genre would it be?
“Completed” is a genre, right? 
I dunno. Fantasy? Science Fiction? Erotica? Horror? Quirky modern fiction? All are areas that I’ve dabbled in. For some reason, I never think of writing nonfiction right off the cuff. Strange.
4. …ran a school, what would you teach?
Atypical literature: Works of genius from creators ancient and modern, in a variety of media: Shakespeare, Serling, Moore, Straczynski, Gaiman, Whedon, Card, etc.
5. …recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
Quirky. (There’s that word again.) Diverse. Probably stronger lyrically than musically.
