It looks like a standard black keyboard only no letters, numbers or f#'s on the keys. He said it was just cause it was cool and because he wanted for people not to know what he was typing. It takes every little Post-it or overlay stuck to your keyboard and makes 'em obsolete. Because you can change them on the fly.
