My first bird “encounter” was at Sea World several years ago. We were sitting, waiting for the Shamu show to begin and I had just taken a sip from my large lemonade. I put it down and faced front. Plop! The bird got me on my sunglasses, down my right cheeck, on the shirt, and into the lemonade.
Score! Direct hit.
